The Residencias Reef is located next to the new Wyndham Hotel and Paradise beach which is one of the finest on the island! Restaurants and water sports on the beach within walking distance. Here you will enjoy magnificent views of the seven different colors of the Yucutan from the indoor and outdoor living areas. Relax in a hammock, sunbath on the upper deck solarium, swim in the private rooftop lap pool, enjoy water sports, walk for miles on the beach or just relax. Watch the sun set & the ships pass. The penthouse is tastefully decorated with Caribbean color 4 bedrooms each with their own private bath, living/dining area, gourmet kitchen and private roof top solarium with wet bar, bath and shower. In addition to your private pool on the roof top, you may also enjoy the use of two condo association pools and the Residencias Reef private beach!

Cozumel island is a unique vacation spot, unlike other islands there is something here for everyone. All water sports are available within walking distance of this vacation home. We have arrangements with a dive master who will usually pick up passengers on the dock in front of this property. Island water sports include scuba diving, snorkeling, kite surfing and more, walk the beach, enjoy hundreds of shops and restaurants, golf, nightclubs, ferry to mainland easily accessible, 30 minutes to Playa Del Carmen by boat where you can enjoy more shops restaurants, history and ruins. Our house manager will great you at the home, assist you with the electronics and can answer questions about excursions, the island, dive and snorkel trips and is easily assessable on a daily basis while maintaining the property. Palati Mou is a privately owned and privately managed Cozumel Penthouse located within Residencias Reef Condominium Association.

  • All bedrooms have their own private full bathroom with tub and shower with the exception of Stephanos which has a full private bathroom with shower no bath tub. The additional bathroom is on the rooftop solarium where there is a private half bath with outdoor shower. The solarium also has palapa for shade with wet bar and stereo system. 40 Ft lap pool and sun deck with lounge chairs. This area is approximately 1200 sq ft and is decorated with stunning murals. The washer and dryer room on the rooftop is for the housekeeping staff it is not possible for us to provide laundry service for 8 guests. Although if you have a few items you would llike us to launder for you we will be happy to do so and the staff will appreciate your tip.

Jacuzzi - Jets are in the private rooftop lap pool Telephone is Packet 8 voice over Internet, free calls to and from the US through this system. This is a free system that we provide for our guests, although it is not always 100% reliable. To insure consistant communication you should bring your cell phone and discuss with your carrier service in Mexico prior to your trip. Wireless Internet access is available must bring your own laptop and it must be wireless enabled. Be sure the radio is turned on in your computer, we do not provide technical support. Equipment for all water sports, canoes, jet ski's snorkel gear are not provided but available to rent daily for a fee at the local San Francisco and Paradise beach next door. Kite and wind surfing are also available on the island. Dive and snorkel boats will usually pick up divers in front of this property for daily excursions. Our dive master of choice is Hernan Bacelis from 'The Reef' dive shop.

About Palti Mou 'My Palace' Enjoy this property tastefully decorated with lots of Caribbean color along with 6 gorgeous murals situated around the condo. Santorini in the dining room, Mykonos in the hallway, a blue lagoon at the wet bar & a surprise at the front door. All hand painted by Cozumel's local artist Alex Azul Knol. Just outside the living room, dinning and kitchen enjoy outdoor covered living areas, relax any of 5 hammocks throughout the penthouse, as well as outdoor dining for 8. Upper deck private solarium wet bar is covered with palapa for shade there is also plenty of uncovered space for sunning on this private 1200 sq ft deck or swimming in the 40 foot lap pool. Enjoy the sunset over the ocean, watch the cruise ships pass early morning as they come into the island and at sunset off to their next destination. A spectacular sight every day and night from the incredible comfort of this penthouse by the sea in Cozumel Mexico! If you want to know you've got to go!

Privately Owned Palati Mou is located within Residencias Reef next to the new Wyndham hotel & Paradise beach, just six miles south of town. Privately owned and managed by the Simolaris. Daily maid service. To secure your vacation a deposit of 50% of the rental is required within 7 days of the booking. The balance will be due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Diving - Snorkeling - Water Sports Dive boats will usually pick you up right on the beach in front of the penthouse. Our favorite Padi Instructor is Hernan Bacelis - his dive shop The Reef located at Av. Entre 5y7 Sur #512 phone from the states is 9:AM to 2:PM 011-52-987-872-4205 or cell phone 011-52-987-876-1001. He is easy to reach, just mention the Simolaris at Residencias Reef when you call. Hernan has entertained many of our guests whether a seasoned scuba diver or first time. He usually provides a very special lunch on his dives. He also does snorkel and fishing trips. Snorkelers can enjoy the reef in front of the property or walk next door to Paradise beach for daily excursions to different reefs around the island. This beach also has water sport equipment for rent, jet skis etc. Within a quarter mile is the Playa Maya water park which provides other activities for families and children. Chankanaub National Marine Park is within one mile here you can swim with the dolphins and more!

Golf Information: For golfers there is the famous Cozumel Country Club located on the north of the island about a 20 minute ride by car. Call further details. They are also open to the public
