It is a 2 bedroom, second floor, northwest corner unit with a spectacular view of the beach. The condo is all newly remodeled and furnished (2005) and it is within walking distance of restaurants. The property is located just over the Park Blvd bridge, allowing easy access to Seminole and supermarkets. It's just a five minute drive to John's Pass Village shops, restaurants and deep sea fishing. The complex has a private picnic area and beautiful fine sand on the beach. 45 minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando.
