    SECURITY DEPOSIT: Required. $400/week, $300/weekend. Refunded 2 weeks after departure (assuming no damage).

    PAYMENT OPTIONS: Personal checks are OK if received 2 weeks prior to rental. Credit cards / PayPal accepted at 3% additional fee.

    PAYMENT TERMS: 50% of total is due immediately upon signing contract, with remaining 50% due 45 days in advance of arrival date.
    Bookings made within 45 days of arrival require full 100% payment immediately upon signing contract.
    Bookings made within 14 days of arrival require full 100% payment made via Credit Card / PayPal (3% fee) or via Express Mail.

    CANCELLATION: No refunds will be issued unless the owner is able to re-lease the unit for the same time period.

    WINTER RENTAL: Available from mid-Oct. to mid-Apr. $3000/month includes all utilities (gas, electric, cable, phone, internet, water).

    PET FEE: $150/week, $100/weekend, non-refundable. Pet Fee is for up to 2 pets (maximum).

    NO SMOKING! This is a non-smoking residence.

    STUDENTS/SINGLES: We will not rent to students or singles under 24 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    UTILITIES INCLUDED: Gas, electricity, cable - All utilities are included! - DSL wireless Internet is also included!
    CLEANING INCLUDED: Cleaning is included in all rates! Entire house is thoroughly cleaned/scrubbed/dusted prior to your arrival.

    LINENS: Unfortunately, we cannot provide sheets or towels at this time. (See bedroom layout below for bed sizes.)

    NOTE: Weekend Rates are for 3 nights (minimum stay) - including Saturday night. (Holiday rates may be higher). All rates shown are subject to change, until confirmed via contract. Monthly rates available upon request (excluding Summer).

  • There are 2 full bathrooms - one upstairs - one downstairs. Both are accessed via the hallway. This layout is usually more convenient for renters than having a bathroom in the master bedroom that cannot always be accessed by the rest of the house. A tub with shower and a shower hose is in each. There is also an outside shower on the back patio with hot & cold water and a shower hose. Please bring your own towels.

  • Our Brigantine shore house has a wide range of sleeping accommodations for you. The ''master'' bedroom upstairs has a raised pillow-top queen bed with its own private deck. You can hear (and almost see) the ocean from here. The ''family'' bedroom upstairs is huge with two double platform beds, a TV/DVD player and has plenty of extra floor space. You can put all 4 kids here - or 2 people who like lots of room! The ''back'' bedroom downstairs is cozy and has a queen bed and a TV/DVD player. The ''front'' bedroom downstairs is a ''multi-purpose'' room - with a day bed, a trundle bed, and a Foosball table. During the day it's a ''game'' room with a full-size Foosball table - and at night you can easily pull out the trundle bed to turn it into a comfy bedroom for two. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. There's plenty of room for up to 12 guests! We provide plenty of pillows with pillow covers and plenty of blankets. Please bring your own sheets.

Our Brigantine shore house was recently purchased by us for use as a rental property ..... We newly painted all rooms and woodwork; replaced all furniture and window treatments; remodeled the entire kitchen (cabinets, counter top, sink & appliances); replaced the master bedroom private deck; replaced the back yard fence; added a deck awning, and completed a large 16x32 paved patio in the back yard ... Our house has many useful amenities that you may not find elsewhere at a typical shore house -- Verizon DSL wireless internet access, 3 cordless phones and a wall phone, Brita filtered water, XM satellite radio, an ample supply of VCR/DVD movies, Readers Digest books, many popular games, storage shed, fenced-in backyard, 4-car driveway, fireplace, grill, beach chairs, 6 complimentary beach tags, etc. ... There's even a school playground right across the street with a jungle gym, running track, and a large soccer field where the kids can run and play within view of our front porch.

Our house is Pet Friendly.... Your well-behaved pets (up to 2) are permitted to vacation here with you. There is an extra fee for this privilege ($150 per week, $100 for shorter stay). We have a large fenced-in backyard allowing your dog plenty of room to run and play and be happy. Brigantine also has a new 'dog park' off 38th St.
