Main floor has one bdrm, full bath, open living room and dining area, adjoining modern kitchen and laundry area. Second floor has full bath and three charming bedrooms, with deck off master bedroom. Families w/children will appreciate the quiet cul-de-sac, private beach just five houses away, and new outdoor shower. Many attractions close by. Walk to town, harbor, dining, docks, ferries. We are conveniently located less than a 3/4 mile walk to downtown Hyannis where you'll find shopping, entertainment and seasonal activities for the entire family, as well as casual, fine and waterfront dining. Take in the spectacular views of water activity in the Harbor, charter a sightseeing or fishing excursion, or conveniently catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Also, walk to the Kennedy Memorial, Kalmus and Sea Street Beaches, and a neighborhood market. Live concerts at the Cape Cod Melody Tent, many art galleries, museums, live theater for adults and children, golf courses, nature hikes, and bike trails are close by. It's nice to have a choice....relax in a comfortable, pleasant setting with private backyard at home, walk a few steps to your private beach, or take in the many activities and attractions that make Cape Cod so special and are w/in a short distance in any direction.
