  • There is a reservation deposit of 35% due upon booking and it is non-refundable. The remainder is due 60 days before your arrival and is also non-refundable. There is a $500 refundable damage deposit. Thanksgiving is $629 to $699/night, New Year's is $795 to $895/night; both have a seven night minimum. I have a total of five villas with choice of direct or partial view and choice of beach level and second floor.
  • I have a total of four 3-bedroom villas all identical to one another inside with the exact same floor plan, furnishings, upgrades and amenities. You have a choice of 2nd floor and beach level and partial view as well as direct view. I also have a 4-bedroom beach level villa with direct ocean views.

I also Include with my villa a beach locker with: 4 boogie boards, 9 sets of different sized snorkel gear (including 2 children's sizes and 7 adult sizes), children's sand and pool toys, 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, volleyball (there is a net on the beach), football, 2 frisbees, basketball (there are courts by the tennis courts), and a wheeled ice chest for beach picnics. Please no smoking and no pets.
