Rental Rates for the villa in San Diego County, California, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rates are per night, week & month and vary from $65/nt - $3350 wk, depending on residence and season
  • Rates vary between our studio, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedroom:

    $675/wk to $1740/wk; $1950 to $5250/mo.

    May, June and September, October
    $795/wk. to $2075/wk;

    July & August
    $1150/wk. to $3350/wk
  • We accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal.

    There is a $50 per villa cancellation fee for ALL cancellations. For cancellations made from the time of initial booking to 45 days prior to your stay, all monies received are 100% refundable, less the $50 per villa cancellation fee. For cancellations made 44 days or less from the date of your stay, you may receive a refund of your rental payment up to the total amount paid (less the $50 per villa cancellation fee) IF we can rebook the property.

    Please note: Prices shown are for cash/check payments only and reflect a 3% cash/check incentive discount. If you wish to pay via credit card (through PayPal), your transaction will not include the 3% discount.

Villa Caribe has on-site laundry facilities, as well as laundry detergent all free-of-charge for our guests. We have 3 inside garage parking spaces and 1 outside off-street parking space.
