1 House from the Bay, 6 Houses from the ocean (Less than 2 minute walk), Great Views, Next to Sunset Park. This house in conveniently located in Harvey Cedars, on Long Beach Island. This house is less then 8 years young and is meticulously maintained. This house is reversed living, meaning that much of the living space is on the second floor. This is to take advantage of the gorgeous Bay Views from the living spaces and the decks. This beach retreat consists of 4 bedrooms (2 master suites) and 3.5 baths. There are plenty of decks on all sides of the house, including the roof to accommodate sun and shade at all times of the day. Check this house out; I promise you won't be disappointed.

Once you go over the bridge to Long Beach Island....go straight until you cannot go any further. Make a left onto Long Beach Blvd. Take this road straight (North) for about 5 miles. You will see the names of towns written in the median of the road. You will drive through Surf City, then North Beach before entering into Harvey Cedars. Once you enter into Harvey Cedars; look for the street called West Cumberland. This is about 3-4 blocks before the Harvey Cedars water tower (You should see that in the distance on your left). Make a left onto West Cumberland and then a quick right on Holly Drive. The house is on your right.
