Enjoy our chalet-style, three story home located on beautiful Newfound Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the northeast US. Imagine afternoon drinks from the large deck overlooking the lake with sunset views. The main floor has 1 bedroom (queen bed), a full bath, a large living room with a gas fireplace and Cable TV with DVD/VCR, separate dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven/stove, and dishwasher. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one queen bed, two twin beds) and a ½ bath. The house is just 2 minutes to a private sandy beach that is ideal for small children. Parking is available for up to 3 cars. No Smoking or pets, please. Located in the popular central Lakes region of New Hampshire and just south of the White Mountains, Newfound Lake is the 4th largest lake in the state of New Hampshire, and offers swimming, boating, sailing, and water-skiing. Great local restaurants, local antique dealers, movie theaters, and outlet stores are nearby.
