Late Spring, Summer and Fall This charming, well-located unit is available on a 1 month minimum basis only ($700), from June 5, 2009 until November 15, 2009. ONE DOG, only. NO CATS...sorry. Full period (May or June 2009 through November 2009 my be negotiable. Please be advised that the average day-time temperature during the months of June-September is about 115 degrees Fahrenheit/ 43 Celsius. It is dry heat, however. My condo is heaven on earth at this price, if you are an early riser, who naps in the afternoon and parties or veges at night :) The early mornings are for outdoor exercise, midday for repose, and the nights.... are for romance.
