Lake Roosevelt Water Levels Lake levels will vary. Boat launch is available at Lincoln and Seven Bays (5 minutes away by boat). No launch at house. There is a store and restaurant at Seven Bays as well as fuel.

Cell Phone Reception Cingular/ATT and Verizon cellular service, among others, work at the home now.

Other Activities boating, wildlife viewing, wake boarding, tubing and relaxing in large 6 person hot tub
