Walk, hike, ride horseback through the National Forest entry, approximately 700 feet from cabin. Only a casual walk of 1500+/- feet to boundary of Yellowstone Park. Approximately four and a half miles to Yellowstone Park Arch entry at Gardiner. Unique opportunity to enjoy Yellowstone Association Institute classes, Mammoth's geological wonders, and the vast variety of educational components and wildlife of Yellowstone National Park. The cabin is modern, comfortable, convenient, and in a very private setting (not on highway) with spectacular views of the Park, wildlife, and Electric Peak. Located 47+/- miles to Livingston, 70+/- miles to Bozeman. County airport in Gardiner. Additionally, the property has a beautiful lodge available for rental for classes, corporate retreats, family retreats, weddings, and anniversaries, etc.

Area offers hiking, rock climbing, biking, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, museums, sightseeing, swimming, fly fishing, drift boating, white water rafting, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, sledding. Each season has something very special to offer. The best kept secret of Yellowstone is Winter. Unequaled beauty, winter activities, and a warm cozy place to knock off the chill from your outdoor adventures.

What's in the Area In addition to all the wonders and adventures of Yellowstone Park, the cabin is located just a few miles from the village of Gardiner, Montana, for shopping and dining. Also, about 25 miles north of the cabin up the Paradise Valley is the famous Chico Hot Springs (take Hwy 89 to East River Road and follow this to the Chico Hot Springs sign). Chico has full spa facilities and exceptional dining. Forty or so miles up HWY 89 along the Yellowstone River is the nearest town--Livingston, population about 5,000, and it offers more shopping and fine dining, including famous artist Russel Chatham's Livingston Bar & Grille.
