  • Payment and Cancellation Policy: 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance is due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. Should you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Check - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
