Panama City Beach condo Rental Property Information

Look no more for a relaxing spot for your vacation by the ocean. This new resort has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and offers luxurious accommodations for you and your family. This 9th floor unit offers a professional interior which will comfortably sleep six. The Master Bedroom with king size bed has it's own sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony on the ocean. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with another full bath and it's own privacy. The living room designed with comfort and style in mind, also sleeps two on the queen sofa sleeper. The living room also has a sliding glass door going out the balcony on the ocean. There is a table and chairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner on the ocean. There is also a lounge chair on the balcony. All draperies have blackout lining for those who want to sleep in. Each bedroom has it's own TV. The kitchen is fully furnished to cook if you so desire. Also, for your convenience there is a washer/dryer, iron etc.

Cancellation Policy If the arrival is between Labor Day through Memorial Day excluding Spring Break, then the guest will have a 14 day change cancellation policy. If the guest changes 14 days before arrival, there is no fee for change. If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. If they change or cancel within 14 days of arrival, then they will lose their first night's room, taxes, and fees. If the arrival is between Memorial Day through Labor Day or Spring Break time, then the guest will have a 30 day change cancellation policy. If the guest changes 30 days before arrival, there is no fee for change. If the guest cancels 30 days before arrival, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. If they change or cancel within 30 days of arrival, then they will lose their first night's room, taxes, and fees.

Cancellation Policy Continued If the guest has a monthly reservation, then the guest will have a 90 day change cancellation policy. If the guest changes 90 days before arrival, there is no fee for change. If the guest cancels 90 days before arrival, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. If they change or cancel within 90 days of arrival, then they will lose their half month's room, taxes, and fees.

The rate I quote you is considerably lower than what Sterling Reef's property management charges. Once I know you want to book it, then I will call ahead to Sterling Reef to confirm the rate I quoted you since their rates are higher and let them know to expect your call. Then you will need to contact Sterling Reef Condominiums to book your stay. Our unit is #902 and the address is 12011 Front Beach Rd Panama City Beach, FL 32407.
