Professionally redecorated and completely refurnished in 2005 this spacious condo reflects the colors and motif of it's island setting. Your view from the furnished balcony is of manicured foliage. Step out the back door right onto the 10 miles of beach or enjoy the ocean from the heated pool. The close of each day brings spectacular sunsets viewed from the furnished patio or pool deck. Two blocks away are 10 clay public tennis courts. Pristine golf courses line the island. Stop at the noteworthy Mote Marine Aquarium along your drive to the infamous galleries, shopping and dining at St. Armand's Circle. For adventure and a whole lot of fun, local marinas offer deep sea fishing and pontoon boat rental for intercoastal exploration. Across the street, behind a park, a supermarket, drug store, banks, churches, boutiques and a wine store are a great convenience.
