This home is a great Martha's Vineyard rental for summer 2008!! Staying here is the perfect chance for a couple or a family to enjoy all that the Vineyard has to offer. The location of this home is perfectly situated within walking distance to Vineyard Haven, the ferry and the beach. The house is located one block from the Lagoon Pond in Vineyard Haven. From the house there is direct access to the beach which is perfect for swimming and boating. The charming town of Vineyard Haven is only a short walk away. In town you will find wonderful shops and restaurants, as well as the grocery stores and post office. The house is recently renovated with fresh paint and flooring, new furniture and new appliances. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with all amenities in near perfect condition. Can't be beat!!

The ocean breezes pass through the house at every hour of the day. The location is ideal - it is one block to the beach, a block to the marina and a short walk to town. In this location you can enjoy all of Vineyard Haven property while staying at the beach. This can't be beat!
