Owned and managed by local resident who has enjoyed the mountains and would like you to experience the same. Will help with activities or guide at ski areas. Located one-half block from summit stage bus stop, gives free service anywhere in summit county; four ski areas, outlet-mall shopping, recreation center, Zamboni groomed outside pond, multi-screen movie theatre. The house is located less than one mile from the dillon-ridge mall; citymarket grocery, Gart, movie theatre, Bed Bath and Beyond, restaurants, no need to drive three miles up the mountain for everything.
