Groveland house Rental Property Information

Our spacious 2,200 square foot house is perfect for 1 or 2 families to share. The house was built in 2004 and the furniture is brand new. We have many games and videos for your family entertainment. Our beautiful home is located in the private gated community of Pine Mountain Lake and is close to the Lake Lodge Beach and Fisherman's Cove. The Marina Beach is just minutes away where you can enjoy boating, get a snack, or play volleyball. For the golf enthusiast there is an 18 hole championship course and clubhouse. For budding equestrians there are stables and lessons. If you prefer, tennis courts are also available. Downtown Groveland is one mile away and offers dining and shopping. The north gate to Yosemite is 30 miles away. You may choose to explore the Gold Country towns of Sonora, Jamestown, and Columbia. They offer great restaurants, shopping, local theater, and train rides. Lake Don Pedro is nearby for water skiing.
