The room has 28 windows to view the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains. Also downstairs is a private office with a leather pullout Queen, used as a guest bedroom. Upstairs are 3 private Guest bedrooms equipped with 2 queens and one King bed each with their own interior and/or exterior balconies with mountain views and privacy. The grand master suite also located upstairs includes a Queen bed, walk-in closets, a nook with a large whirlpool tub, custom vanities, a leather sitting sofa next to the wood-burning fireplace, a private balcony and an art gallery with built-in seating overlooking the Great Room which leads to a private covered porch with swing to rest and enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains. Location and Weather The home is located at an elevation of 4,000 feet where the summer's high temperatures average only 75 degrees. Although the home technically does not have air conditioning (like most homes at such an elevation), the home's unique and comprehensive ventilation / cooling system which includes six exhaust fans and six ceiling fans create a comfortably cool atmosphere throughout the home during even the warmest summer days and with 9 separate heating zones with in floor radiant heat and multiple fireplaces, the estate is designed to keep you warm even in the coldest of days!

OPTIONAL GUEST HOUSE OPTIONAL - If you want or need a 7th bedroom and additional sleeping for 4, a pool table, foosball table and an additional kitchen and bathroom, the 1,400 sq ft guest house can be rented separately for $75 per night. The Guest Home is only rented to those renting the Main House to keep maximum privacy. Including the Guest House, you will have 7 private bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 6000+ sq ft of living space... large enough for most all family reunions and vacations!

Land details Also included on the property is a long private driveway, a level grassed-in yard, a stone walking path around the main house, seasonal flowers and blooming shrubs and several acres of mountain terrain with stone formations and many trails to explore. And complete exclusivity and privacy!
