Manuel Antonio villa Rental Property Information

Casa Tres Palmas is located in the community of Pajaro Azul. It is a modest yet spacious retreat in a lush garden setting. The home sleeps 4-8 (2 bedrooms with separate A/C, 1 king, 1 queen, a full size sleeper sofa and a futon in the living room plus a self inflating air mattress for extra guest) and there are 2 spacious bathrooms with roomy glass block shower areas. The living-dining-kitchen is a large open area with lots of large windows, almond wood cathedral ceiling, air conditioning, ceiling fans and dramatic lighting. There is also a washer/dryer, plenty of closets and a safe. Additional amenities include TV/cable in the bedrooms, Stereo/CD and DVD player, coffee maker, microwave, kitchenware, linens, and maid service. Outside, there is a 12x15 pool, and a covered outdoor dining area off of the living room with view of the mountains.

Great Location This is a very convenient location as it is right off the main road, less than a mile from Quepos, and a 15 minute taxi ride to the commuter airport. There is also a bus stop at the end of the driveway and easy access to prevalent taxis to nearby restaurants, shops and the beach.

Our Services Our property manager will pick you up at the airport in Quepos, take you on a tour of the area, can arrange your reservations for activities, tours, taxis, restaurants and take care of your vacation needs. - includes daily maid service (between noon and 3pm), sheets, bath and beach towels - pool service - cooks, chefs, rental car, babysitter, massage therapists, international cell phone etc. can be arranged at additional cost.
