- Off-Season renters have an arrival/departure time at your convenience. Lodging Agreement is emailed upon receipt of your reservation request. Rental rate covers all costs with the exception of a Guest Facility Fee required for use of the Clubhouse and community facilities. The $6/day per person (over age 4) fee is payable to the Clubhouse staff.
Seasonal weekly rentals are Saturday, 2 PM to Saturday, 10 AM. Your Lodging Agreement is emailed upon receipt of your reservation request with payments made via personal check as follows:
• Weekly reservations require a signed Lodging Agreement and $500 deposit.
• A $1,000 payment is due three months prior to your vacation start date.
• The final balance payment is due one month prior to your vacation start date.
A Guest Facility Fee is required for use of the Clubhouse and all community facilities. The $25/week per person (over age 4) fee is payable to the Clubhouse staff. - Make plans for a special Thanksgiving or Christmas family vacation at the beach. Your villa and the entire Bayside at Bethany Lakes community truly exceeded our expectations. What a place! We were so impressed and really hated to leave on Saturday. My wife, kids and I all agreed that it was one of the best, most relaxing vacations that we had ever had. I have no doubt in my mind that we will return to Bethany Beach within the next couple of years to vacation again. I hope that maybe we can rent your villa again when the time comes.
