It has with a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. It has a separate bathtub room -- a great room for the kids! Bedroom three is a studio apartment-like area encompassing all of the ground floor. It has a bath with shower, the laundry facilities, a sitting area with single bed, living area with fold out full sofa, and a bedroom with single bed, along with an entrance into the back yard.
