Scarborough Beach house Rental Property Information

This immaculate 3 bedroom, 1 full bath home is a short 4 minute walk to Wheeler Beach. It features Verizon FIOS internet, HD cable and long distance service. There are 3 bedrooms. Two with queen beds and one with a full bed. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for lazy morning breakfasts and late night snacks. There are 3 large pots for lobsters and clams. In the living room is a large HD TV with a VCR and DVD player. We have plenty of games, books, cards and an assortment of videos and tapes. Outside there are two picnic tables and a patio set on the wrap around deck. The backyard is level and very private. There is a large tree for shade. We provide towels and bed linen. the local paper, Providence Journal, is delivered to your door each morning. Grab a cup of coffee or team and read the paper on the deck. What a way to start your day!! There is a washer & dryer to make your stay more enjoyable.

This beach house is located in the Sand Hill Cove section of Narragansett. It is a short 4 minute walk to Wheeler Beach and a 4 minute ride to Scarborough Beach. The ferry to Block Island is only 4 minutes away. Newport is 30 minutes away with all of the magic of this town. There are many golf courses within a 30 minute drive. The Point Judith Lighthouse is a 10 minute drive. Located within walking distance are 2 restaurants, 2 clam shacks and a pizza house. Other gourmet restaurants are located within a 5 minute drive. Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods are an hour away. This is a great spot for day trips or spend each day at the beach. The 'Lighthouse' as we call it is tasteful decorated. We have included many extras you will not find in other homes. The local paper, Providence Journal, is delivered to your door each morning. We have a variety of games, DVD and videos for your enjoyment. We have chosen games and videos for different age groups, like Candyland, Boggle & Operation.

Golf Information: Many golf courses within a 30-60 minute ride. Beaver River, Laurel Lane, Fenner Hill, Winnepaug and North Kingstown are a few of our favorite courses. Many courses offer weekday specials with a round of golf and cart for about $35 per player.
