    Telephone/e-mail reservations will be honored for 7 days. If no deposit is received within the 7 day period, the unit will be returned to available status until deposit is received or until unit is rented to other interested parties. Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure (minus damage and missing item charges--if applicable)OCCUPANTS
    No more than four people may stay in this one bedroom unit.
    Condominium rules prohibit pets of any kind.

    CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME:
    Check in is after 3:00 PM on arrival,
    Check out is before 11:00 AM on departure.

    CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
    Deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee . Remainder of monies
    received will be refunded, upon request, only if unit is re-rented for the
    entire reserved period.

It has a living room/dining room combination which, along with it's gulf-front patio overlook the sandy beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The view through the picture window from the gulf-front living room is breathtaking! The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living room has a full-sized pull-out couch. Both rooms have a cable television set with VCR. There is also FREE broadband internet connection provided! The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully-equipped with all the comforts of home, including, but not limited to: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dining and cookware. Fresh linens and towels are also provided. There is also a gas grill, charcoal grill, private beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas, gulf front gazebo with tables and chairs and a shuffle board court.
