Cancellation policy:
Cancellations more than 45 days out will be entitled to a full refund of all monies collected less a processing fee of $25.
Cancellations between 31-45 days will be entitled to a refund of any monies collected not to exceed 50% of the rental value.
Cancellations between 0-30 days will not be entitled to refunds of moneys collected.
Security deposit must be in the form of a cashiers check or money order. - Both Visa and Master Card are accepted.

| Notes: | The hideout is a four season resort community. It is situated right in the middle of prime Pocono recreation areas. Local area attractions abound through all four seasons in this resort community to include, power boating, sailing, beach going, hiking with great views of the mountains and waterfalls, skiing, skydiving, mountain biking and much more. Information on these and many more attractions/activities can be found in the brochures in the house and I will be happy to give any additional information I can upon request. The following amenities are located within the community itself, some of which are only a five minute walk from the house. 24 hour security, gated entrance, central water and sewer, 42 miles of paved roads, new clubhouse, new lodge, campgrounds, 250 acres of pristine woodlands, golf course, indoor/outdoor tennis, power boat lake, two sand beaches, two heated pools, physical fitness center, craft center, wood craft building, ski lift and lodge. |
