This cozy cottage is one of only 20 free standing units at the Wellfleeter and has a spectacular waterfront view of Cape Cod Bay out of a huge picture window in the living room. One bedroom also has a nice water view. Vintage beach town feel, with parks, hiking trails, restaurants and art galleries within walking distance. The playground and skateboard park and WHAT theatre are also a short walk away! The kitchen and bathroom have recently been remodeled. Private steps lead you down to Mayo Beach for swimming, boating, fishing, shell fishing, or just plain relaxing!
