Glenwood Springs house Rental Property Information

Welcome to our mountain home. We bought this home after spending 45 minutes inside. It's a wonderful, warm and comfortable place. The restaurants, shopping and conveniences of Glenwood Springs are just 5 miles away, but you will be hiding in remote 4 Mile Canyon. Our 40 acre property is part of a conservation easement protected by the Aspen Valley Land Trust. We are within a 10 minute drive of Sunlight Mountain Ski Resort, White River National Forest, and unlimited recreational activities from white water rafting to mountain biking to world class fly fishing.

The Sunshine Ridge Guest House is 5 miles Southwest of Glenwood Springs, and 5 miles Northeast of Sunlight Mountain Resort and the White River National Forest. Our road (4 mile road) dead ends at the ski area and a Forest Service Road. About 40 miles from Aspen.

Skiing Information: So many skiing options!!! Sunlight is 5 minutes away and is great for families. Aspen & Snow mass are about 45 minutes away. Vail, Buttermilk & Beaver Creek are also good options.
