Edgartown house Rental Property Information

Our sunny Edgartown home, complete with a brand new, bright, spotless basement playroom with toys, games and a new ping-pong table, provides the perfect retreat for couples and families. Our home is private, spacious and bright, with soaring ceilings, oak floors, a new gourmet kitchen (with new appliances), 3 full bedrooms (our master has a king-sized bed with a new Sealy Posturpedic mattress, a private bath, new skylight and ceiling fan, a newly-organized walk-in closet and balcony), a substantial second living room/sleep loft, complete with a large TV, queen sleep sofa and futon, 2 additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds), 2 full baths and an outdoor shower. We offer free wireless Internet and 2 TV viewing areas (the living room or loft; both TVs have DVD and VCR capabilities and a 50+ channel cable package). There's no smoking, no pets, and the cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.

We are located on a quiet, paved, kid-safe road, just minutes away from Katama (South Beach), State Beach, Edgartown Village, Felix Neck Sanctuary and Morning Glory Farms. We are also right next to the bike path -- just hop on your bike, you don't have to drive! We have easy access to Oak Bluffs and the Flying Horses carousel, Vineyard Haven, the ferry and the airport! Grocery shopping, fitness centers, a hardware store, a pharmacy, terrific restaurants, a wonderful children's playground and public tennis courts are all a short, easy drive from our home.

Your kids will find plenty to keep themselves occupied here when you can't get to the beach or need some time to yourself. And don't forget the laundry -- we have a separate, newly-finished laundry area with a new, full-sized washer and dryer and folding table. There's a separate basement entrance for easy storage of your bikes and beach chairs.

Spacious Master Bedroom Suite Our bright master bedroom suite offers a private bath, a king-sized bed with a new Sealy Posturpedic mattress, a large, newly-organized walk-in closet and its own private balcony. The balcony is one of our favorite spots to sit and read 'high above it all!!

Plenty of Space To Relax!!! You'll feel completely at ease in our tastefully decorated home and private yard -- with or without kids! What sets this home apart from other 3-bedroom rental houses is that there is an abundance of space for you to relax and unwind. We have two large, new TVs (with DVD and VCR capabilities and a 50+ cable channel package), and separate viewing areas (either the living room or loft). We offer free wireless Internet (picture yourself relaxing with your laptop on the large back deck). There's a large, comfortable hammock, a charming swing for the kids, and a swing on the deck that adults can use, too! So let your kids play ping-pong in the playroom or watch TV in the loft while you lounge on the deck with a cold drink, good music (we have a Surround Sound system for your CDs, DVDs and videos), and a good book!!
