Emerald Island villa Rental Property Information
Our home is a fully air conditioned, non-smoking, 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom ranch home located in a cul-de-sac in the exclusive enclave area at Emerald Island Resort. The house is approximately 3300 square feet including the air conditioned game room. The extra large lot allows for conservation views and lots of privacy. There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, two twin bedrooms and one queen-size sofa sleeper. All the bedrooms and the family room have TVs. There is a 15 x 30 ft. pool and spa. The game room has a billiards table, a Foosball table and lots of games, puzzles, books and Legos for the kids. There are two PlayStation 2 sets with games. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
