This home has two sets of washers and dryers (first and third floor). The tower balcony has a hot tub. The tower is equipped with TV and surround sound system. All bedrooms have TVs, some are equipped with DVD players. Two gas grills are by the private pool.

The house has 3 levels where guests can visit, the first floor den, the second floor great room and the wonderful tower and deck which has beautiful vistas of the area. The pool deck can also be used for casual entertaining. The house has extra parking to accommodate visitors across the street.
