Exquisite 2 bedroom/2 bath renovated luxury barn available in the utterly scenic Litchfield Hills. Home has wonderful extra large living room with beamed ceilings and stone fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is a sun room entered through French doors. It is the perfect place to laze away the days or do some work on the Internet as it’s designed with the perfection of feng shui in mind. Adjacent to the sun room is a fenced in yard and on the other side of the house there is an outdoor pergola where one can sit outside if it’s not too cold and listen to the nearby creek. The grounds are bursting with wonderful plantings and wildlife. Stone walls grace the entire property. The Barn is located in the historic, scenic district of New Milford, called Merryall. The excellent location is equidistant to the charming little towns of Kent, New Preston and Washington, which have wonderful restaurants and antique stores, and near Lake Waramaug.

It is easily accessible to Manhattan yet worlds away in terms of relaxation and beauty.

The house has been lovingly and painstakingly remodeled and restored by a Master of Light and has been blessed by various shamans, energy workers and healers from around the world! You won’t believe how you feel when you walk through the door, and you will revel in the peacefulness and tranquility it provides. Also, if you’re one who is sensitive to the fairy folk, you will be able to feel (or see) their wonderful presence throughout the grounds of this very special home! There is also a smaller home next door available for rent at $4,000/month during the summer and for $1,500/week. It retains the luxury and charm of the Barn but is a sweet, petite antique.
