Plenty of fluffy pillows. 2nd bedroom sleeps 4 in bunks and a full size bed. Western decor for mountain feel. Pine ski rack-holds up to 10 pair skis and 12 coats.

Further Details for the condo in Colorado, USA

Cozy & Convenient Thick towels, soft sheets, soft toilet paper, a washer/dryer in a cozy environment; this is what we longed for when we rented other vacation properties. We included those “necessities” in our condo. We’re a Christian family and have a 2 BR, 1.75 bath condo on Lake Dillon in the heart of Summit County. The lake provides a beautiful winter backdrop frozen, snow covered and surrounded by the mountain ranges. Dillon is the most convenient area in Summit County. We have the only movie theater and bowling alley in the county. Gart Sports and City market (groceries) are less than a mile from our condo. Our building is relatively small and quiet. We have just completed a remodel of the unit and it's inviting and cozy. We have a king size bed in one room and 2 bunks and a trundle that pulls out to make 2 twins or a king in the other. Our unit is easily accessible on the first floor.

Great Views Our complex sits on the lake above the marina and has a private trail that leads down to the public path around the lake. The walk in the winter is incredible. You can see some of my scenery pictures on the website. As in all of Summit County, the views are beautiful. Our unit has a mountain view, but the walk around the lake provides an even better setting.
