Summit stage across the street - just steps from the door. Our recently remodeled (Summer 2005) ground floor unit with covered access from entry is in a small complex with just 53 units. A cozy cabin feel with pine trim work washer/dryer in unit for your convenience. We offer personal service & tourist info from reservation to departure. Sleeping arrangements: Master BR with King-size bed; Second BR (sleeps 4) in 2 bunks and full size bed; beds have feather/down mattress pads and soft sheets. Non-smoking unit.

Plenty of fluffy pillows. 2nd bedroom sleeps 4 in bunks and a trundle that pulls out to a king or 2 twins. Western decor for mountain feel. Pine ski rack-holds up to 10 pair skis and 12 coats.

Cozy & Convenient Thick towels, soft sheets, soft toilet paper, a washer/dryer in a cozy environment; this is what we longed for when we rented other vacation properties. We included those “necessities” in our condo. We’re a Christian family and have a 2 BR, 1.75 bath condo on Lake Dillon in the heart of Summit County. The lake provides a beautiful winter backdrop frozen, snow covered and surrounded by the mountain ranges. Dillon is the most convenient area in Summit County. We have the only movie theater and bowling alley in the county. Gart Sports and City market (groceries) are less than a mile from our condo. Our building is relatively small and quiet. We have just completed a remodel of the unit and it's inviting and cozy. We have a king size bed in one room and 2 bunks and a trundle that pulls out to make 2 twins or a king in the other. Our unit is easily accessible on the first floor.

Great Views Our complex sits on the lake above the marina and has a private trail that leads down to the public path around the lake. The walk in the winter is incredible. You can see some of my scenery pictures on the website. As in all of Summit County, the views are beautiful. Our unit has a mountain view, but the walk around the lake provides an even better setting.

Guest Book Your place is beautiful--I felt like I was in a Bed & Breakfast. Thanks for the comfortable pillows, beds and nice towels. What a great location-central to everything. Perfectly decorated for the mountains! Much better than staying in the tourist areas--it was nice to come back to the condo and get away from everyone!
