Colebrook chalet Rental Property Information
'Colebrook Trails' is our charming vacation rental home. It is minutes from the storybook town of Colebrook, NH and 3 miles to the famous Balsam's Resort. This chalet is nested on 2 acres of classic NH countryside with 230 feet of Mohawk river in the back yard. We are a left turn away from Coleman State Park which boasts Diamond pond and some of the very best trout fishing, golfing & ATV trails in New England! Moose sightings on the area roads are common. The road between Colebrook & Errol is known as 'Moose Alley' for good reason. If golfing is for you, we are minutes from the Balsams golf course~ rated one of the top 10 by golf digest magazine. The weekday rates are amazingly inexpensive for such quality. If you just need to unwind and relax Colebrook trails has everything you'd need to be warm and cozy. We are right on route 26 just east of Colebrook. Fully furnished except for your bedding and towels. We rent to responsible adults and allow good dogs but hold tight to 6 people.

We are minutes from the charming town of Colebrook, New Hampshire. This is a full service village that looks like it belongs on a Christmas card. The home is just 3 miles from the famous Balsams resort, 5 miles to Coleman State Park (next left) and 15 miles to Errol. There is spectacular fishing and hiking in the area. Wildlife (Moose!) and nature lovers will not be disappointed! If you are a golfer, one of the top rated courses in the north east is minutes away. But if you just want to relax, toss a burger on the grill and kick back as you listen to the soothing sounds of the Mohawk river.

No charge for local telephone calls; however, toll and long distance calls require a phone card. The phone will work '800' numbers for remote Internet. We have blankets and pillows, but ask that you bring sheets, pillow cases, and towels. Some extras are available. RECENTLY ADDITIONS: 2 new lazy-boy recliners, deck tables & chairs, BBQ, Washer & dryer. NEW for '07: Covered front deck area (at door). Foosball game. New for '08: New carpet on the first floor!
