Lake Ariel chalet Rental Property Information

5 bedrooms (3 queen beds, 2 twins, 1 full) 4 queen sleeper sofas. Walking distance to lake and ski hill. Huge living room with 2 story fireplace, large well equipped kitchen, huge family room with large fully equipped bar (under counter refrigerators, ice maker, ice crusher, blender, you just supply the liquor)1965 vintage pinball machine, pool table, slot machine, Arcade game that plays 12 classic games, hot air popcorn maker. We even supply the popcorn. Large screen porch with large new BBQ grill. Spa room with large hot tub and sauna, each seating 5-6. Washer/dryer, dish washer, TV/ DVD/VCR in all bedrooms and family room, TV/VCR in spa room, TV in kitchen. Nationwide long distance service is provided free of charge, within the US. Family room also has computer desk with high speed internet access, and all-in-one flatbed machine. Just bring your laptop. Towels and linens provided free of charge if needed, but must be laundered before leaving, or can be laundered for a fee.

In addition to 5 bedrooms, the house also has 4 queen sleeper sofas, 2 in the living room and 2 in the family room,. So the house can accommodate up to 18 guests total. There are also 2 Pack-N-Plays and 4 high chairs for babies/toddlers.

SAFETY WARNING FOR YOUNG CHILDREN! The upper gallery overlooking the living room is designed with an open log railing that would pose a safety threat to young unattended children. Please look at the pictures here and on my house site, visit our website below to see this design feature. If you have young children, this house may not be appropriate for you.
