Get away from it all! Villa Serendipity combines a spectacular 270 degree view with a quiet hilltop location. The house is located 330 feet above Chocolate Hole Bay on the island of St. John, USVI with views of Chocolate Hole Beach, the open ocean, St. Thomas & St Croix. Villa Serendipity is centrally and quietly air-conditioned and features four bedrooms (two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms; one Den/TV room with queen Futon Sofa Bed, plus a baby crib for use in any bedroom), each with their own bath. Each room can control it's own climate or opt to open the windows & sliders and enjoy the Caribbean breezes. Professionally managed by one of St. John's most respected property management firms. Panasonic flat panel HDTV LCD television with Integrated Bose Dolby surround sound stereo system located in the great room. A large DVD movie collection (100+) is stored inside the TV cabinet. A separate and private office with computer and Fax complete the property. Details: A new computer with an AMD processor running Windows XP Professional with DSL broadband Internet, connected to a WIFI enabled (Cisco Linksys) router is located in the private downstairs office and is available for guests that need to keep in touch with the real world. HP Printer/Fax/Scanner is connected and ready for use.
More on St. John: St. John, the smallest and most idyllic of the three United States Virgin Islands, is best known for its many post card perfect white sand beaches, turquoise bays abounding in colorful corals and rainbows of tropical fish and endless vistas of lush green hills. Only nine miles long and three miles wide, two thirds of the island is the Virgin Islands National Park, so its spectacular beaches and untouched forests will remain that way for generations to come and be accessible to all. There are tours of the National Park by Jeep or safari bus and hikes on spectacular trails led by Park Rangers who enrich the experience with talks on the island's history and geology. Only twenty minutes from St. Thomas by convenient hourly ferry, St. John is the peaceful, uncommercialized paradise island. It has no high-rise buildings, cruise ship docks or Airports.
Golf Information: Golfing is available on the island of St. Thomas, a 20 minute ferry ride and a 20 minute cab ride. There are also additional courses on the island of St. Croix, 40 miles away via seaplane from St. Thomas.
