    We are very flexible regarding check-in and check-out times when possible.

    All rates require an additional 8% Maine State Lodging Tax.

    To reserve I require 50% deposit by check. Forfeit deposit if cancellation less than 2 weeks before stay unless able to re-book. Vouchers or refund at owners' discretion.
