Katama house Rental Property Information

Available August 30 to September 13 only. 1.4 miles to the heart of downtown Edgartown and Edgartown harbor. 2 miles from Lighthouse and Fuller St. Beaches and 2.5 miles from South Beach. The house is set back from the street. This contemporary cape was expanded in 2003 adding a first floor master bedroom and bath at one end and the lovely new cathedral ceiling living room with a fireplace at the other end. The living room has a porch on the front and a 16 foot sliding door out to the deck and patio in the back. There is also a new screened porch (2004) and a new kitchen. There are four bedrooms and three full baths and an outdoor shower. The house, set on a acre of land, enjoys great privacy. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the beaches, dining, shopping and beauty of Martha's Vineyard.
