Carrabassett Valley condo Rental Property Information

Spacious, nearly new condo has radiant heat on both floors. First Floor features include: luxury open plan kitchen; gas fireplace; 42' plasma TV with DVD and DirecTV with premium movie channels; large 102 degree hot tub on the deck; BBQ. Three Bedrooms upstairs: the largest bedroom sleeps 3-5 kids (bunkbed, single & 2 pullouts) and has its own en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed. The upstairs shared bathroom has a washer and dryer. Sleep 4 adults and 3-5 kids upstairs. Off mountain: 9 minute drive to Sugarloaf Base Lodge, 5 minute drive to Outdoor Center. Close to Tuffulios and Ayottes.

When staying at Sugarloaf, the choice comes down to 'on mountain' or 'off mountain'. Off mountain offers much more bang for the buck in terms of space, rooms and amenities. We are located off mountain at North Ridge Village, which is just off the main road between Kingfield and Sugarloaf, across the street from the Carrabassett Inn & Grill. Tuffulio's restaurant and bar is less than one mile away, and Ayotte's grocery and movie rental is even closer. The Sugarloaf Outdoor Center is about 5 minutes away. An excellent location for all winter activities.
