Lake Seminole cabin Rental Property Information
This is a small Park Model Log Cabin that is finished with tongue and groove throughout. It has lower sleeping quarters and a loft for sleeping. The unit is on the Chattahoochee River right off of Highway 84 and is near the Dothan bridge.
The lot and the area is the sight of the construction of a Confederate Gun Ship in the 1860's during the Civil War Period. It is on a 2 acre lot, 1 acre which is on high ground and the other acre which is under the Chattahoochee River and extends to the high water mark of the Alabama side.
The cabin is about 20 miles from Dothan, AL, 12 miles from Donalsonville, GA, 70 miles from Tallahassee, FL and about 90 miles from the Gulf of Mexico. The River maintains a deep channel from 9 to 40 feet deep. A large boat can be docked on the River next to the cabin.

The very best fishing in the Lake Seminole, Chattahoochee and Flint River area is found at this location. There is no water weed in the area and the water is virtually clear of any unwanted vegetation. Also, the river is an ideal place for swimming and water skiing. Added to this is the fact that this is in the middle of high deer and turkey populations.
For those who like to shop there are the malls in Dothan, AL, Bainbridge, GA and Tallahassee, FL. For those who like salt water fishing the Gulf is only 90 miles away.
