Katama house Rental Property Information

The owners love this light filled home in the desirable Katama neighborhood, and it shows. A large wraparound first floor deck and a smaller deck upstairs off the master bedroom and loft provide lots of room to stretch out and relax. There's even a hammock in back. Very convenient to downtown Edgartown and to South Beach. No smoking, no pets. Sunday to Sunday rentals.

The Katama neighborhood of Martha's Vineyard is a wooded area that affords privacy for the renter. Vickers Street is a private road maintained by the property owners. Use Google Earth for a 'bird's eye' view of 14 Vicker's location. Downtown Edgartown with its unique shops and gourmet restaurants is an easy walk or bike ride, and South Beach (made famous in Jaws} is about two miles away. All of the island's attractions are a short drive. Newcomers to the island should contact the Chamber of Commerce for helpful hints.

Each bedroom is equipped with a clock radio that also plays CDs. There are three TVs. One in the loft with DVD player VCR and home entertainment system; the other two in the downstairs bedrooms. Five disc CD player and AM/FM tuner in great room. Phone has caller ID. The owners have equipped the kitchen like the one in their primary home, and have tried to anticipate your every need. Check in time is Sunday at 3:00 PM. Checkout is the following Sunday at 10:00AM. You might want to take this into consideration when making ferry reservations.
