Beautiful Scenic area with a multitude of year round activities. Downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, kayaking, ATV touring, hiking, and fly fishing. There is also World Class Golf at the NEW Robert Trent Jones II. golf course at Sunday River Resort. The course is rated in the top 5 new golf courses in the country and is expected to be among the top in the world in the next 5 years. It is a 10 minute ride to world renowned Sunday River for great skiing in winter and spectacular golf in summer. The house is minutes from the White Mountain National Park that provides great hiking and camping.. There is also antiquing and the outlets of North Conway, NH are less than an hour away. Major shopping resources at Gorham NH and Oxford ME are about 30 minutes away. There you can find the SuperWallmart, Outlet Stores, and things of the sort if you must.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Available for $12,500 for the 2008/2009 winter season from December 1st 2008 through April 30th 2009. $1000 security deposit required.
    Available monthly for Dec., Jan., Feb., Mar,. Apr,. for $4000 per month. Add $1000 for months containing holiday weeks.
    Nov 1 - April 1 (2 night minimum, excluding holidays as below),
    $350 per night Sunday-Thursday.
    $500 per night Friday-Saturday.

    Holidays (3 night minimum):
    $650 per night December 23 - Jan 2, January 18 - January 24, February 15 - February 21
    Holiday weeks are $2500.

    April, May, June, September, & October
    $250/night.
    Labor Day & Columbus Day Weekends $350/night 3 night minimum.

    July and August: $350/night (2 night minimum)
  • Other Charges:

    $500 Security Deposit
    $100 Cleaning Charge

    50% Deposit upon making reservation, Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
