This like-new, two story, lakefront, Lake of the Ozarks, vacation house rental features a breathtaking view of the Lake from it huge deck. The 2300-square foot home has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and will comfortably accommodate 10-12 guests. The living area is comfortably decorated and is highlighted by a huge window which overlooks the deck and lake area. Three of the four bedrooms exit onto their own private deck/balcony that overlooks the 19 mile marker of the Lake of the Ozarks. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with King Size beds. The home's main level master suite includes a jetted tub, separate shower and walk in closet. . This Lake of the Ozarks Vacation Home Rental also includes a spacious kitchen complete with all of the utensils and cookware that you will need. A dishwasher and washer and dryer are convenient for lengthy stays. The large outside deck is perfect for a family BBQ on the gas grill that is provided.

Conveniently located on the 19 Mile Marker of the Shawnee Bend in Sunrise Beach, this home is a 15 minute drive across the community toll bridge from the Premium Factory Outlet Mall as well as numerous other shops, bars, restaurants and Lake of the Ozarks area attractions. By water this lakefront home can also not be beat. Located near The Villages at Shawnee Bend, this home is a short boat ride from Shooters 21, Party Cove as well as numerous boat rental agencies and other lakefront bars/restaurants.
