Deposit and cancellation policy 50% deposit sent within ten days of making reservation confirms your dates. Balance is due two weeks before arrival. Please notify us approximately of your arrival time. Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (less $25.00 cancellation fee). When situations arise necessitating cancellation less than 14 days in advance your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent the house. However, if balance has already been sent, this portion will be refunded in full.
