It's located in a very private residential area with remote control access. You can be in San Juan in 30 minutes and to golf course ranges in 45 minutes. We are located very close to major business companies, for those who are looking for a place to stay while on business trips.

This apartment is situated in a gated community with your hosts nearby. It is completely screened in and has ceiling fans and airconditioned bedroom. You have free internet access with DSL communication. Your hosts Mara and Lazaro will make every effort to make your stay a comfortable one and provide you with island information. We also offer to meet you at the airport if you don't know your way around the island. Please see our guestbook and availability calendar.

We are fully prepared for emergencies with an electric plant and water reserve tank.

Guest Book 01/24/06- just want to say that this place is everything and more, for the traveler. it is well equipped and very comfortable. the location is central to everywhere. there is tranquility. can,t say enough about the owners. they are very hospitable and make you feel right at home. it is an excellent value. we go to puerto rico at least once a year and have tried many places. this is a favorite. -patricia laborda, (plaborda@tampabay.rr.com)
