One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has a trundle bed. Living room has a brand new sleeper-sofa. Good cell phone reception. We have recently installed an emergency warning system (radio) that will sound an alarm in case of tsunami or other emergency. (Hopefully you will never hear it.)

Totally refundable security deposit ($200) require We have a rental agreement form, which we sign and send to you, guaranteeing the return of your security deposit. We've been renting for 7 years, and have always been able to return all deposits.
