• Payments – Payment must be made in full 30 days prior to check-in date. Make checks payable to David F. D'Orazi. Guest shall not be entitled to possession unless all monies due are paid to Owner. Any checks returned to Owner’s bank will Not be re-deposited. Guest will be notified of the amount to be sent which will include a $30.00 fee and will have 72 hours to replace the check with a money order or certified check or the reservation will be immediately cancelled. Security/Damage Deposits must be paid in cash, check, certified check, money order or traveler’s check. Security Deposts Cannot Be Place On A Credit Card!
  Cancellation Policy– In the event of a cancellation, 20% of the gross rent will be charged if the Property is re-rented for the full amount. If the Property is not re-rented for the full amount, all monies received will be forfeited. All cancellations must be in writing.
