Kalama Kai is a 850 sq. ft newly renovated cottage w/ a large lanai, bedroom w/ stained glass window over a Queen size bed, has a large kitchen, bar, dining area & is equipped w/ a full size oven/stove. There is a Flatscreen TV/DVD/cable, microwave, washer/dryer, iron, gas grill, parking, stereo, hairdryer, toaster & wireless internet 'hot spot,' all surrounded by tropical landscape. Have a cookout or take your coffee w/ you on a walk down to Kailua Beach, (world's windsurfing capitol) to watch a spectacular sunrise. Soak up the sun, swim/surf in the ocean or hike to a tropical remote waterfall in the nearby Koolau Mountains. Find many nearby golf courses, restaurants, night clubs & shops. Kailua Beach has repeatedly been ranked as one of the world's most beautiful beaches, and is about 5 miles long. Perfect for a jog or walk in the morning or the evening. The area is famous for it's windsurfing conditions. This quaint beach town is a safe and friendly community and is wonderful for shopping and dining. There are 6 beautiful golf courses within a 10 mile radius. The windward side of Oahu is perfect for sunbathing in the morning, and hiking nearby in the afternoon. With Waikiki, Honolulu, Pearl Harbor, Pipeline, Waimea Bay and Sunset Beach all within an hour's reach it would be silly to waste your Hawaiian vacation in the city. Other nearby activities include tennis, snorkeling, fishing, bowling, kayaking, sailing, jet skiing, para sailing and more. Visit music, arts and crafts festivals during the weekend.

This deposit refundable up to 45 days before check in. If you cancel after 45 days prior to date of stay, and we can still rent for those days, all the deposit will be refunded. Early cancellation (45 or more days before arrival date) will be 100% refundable. Balance due at time of check in.

Guest Book Review Submitted: November 25, 2007 Date of Stay: November 2007 This was our 4th trip to the Hawaiian Islands. Although we enjoyed each trip, this by far was the most relaxing one yet. We both agree that mainly it was due to our accommodations at Kalama Kai Cottage. Away from the usual tourist hustle- bustle, we found the place so peaceful and quiet. After a day’s outing to experience the beautiful island, it was like coming home – the cottage was so comfortable. The cleanliness and all of the amenities were very much appreciated.
