  • *Rates based on 2-4 adults. $25.00 added for each additional occupant. No more than 6 adults. 50% deposit or amount equal to minimum stay + $300 security by check, cash, or traveler's check in US Dollars or with credit card is needed to hold reservation. (We accept payment through Paypal; Renter responsible for fees). Balance + $60 cleaning fee due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Holiday rates will be higher.

FANTASTIC FALL The Catskills are beautiful in the Fall! The days are normally still warm, but the evenings can get very cool. So you can take advantage of great outdoors and the beautiful surroundings of the Catskill Reserve and still relax by the fireplace at night! There is nothing like harvest time in upstate New York! This is the time for festivals, apple picking, Fall foliage, & comfortable temperatures to hike, go antiquing and explore. Look into early bird ski packages, catch the beauty of the fall foliage, and so much more.

WINTER WONDERLAND As the days become cooler, anticipate the array of outdoor activities nearby. We are centrally located between Hunter and Windham Mountains, so in a matter of minutes you can take advantage of skiing, ice skating, snowboarding, cross country, etc. Experience the exhilaration of working out in the fresh air and come back to your private quarters where you can relax in front of the fire with a glass of wine. Have popcorn and hot cocoa. Watch a good movie on cable or dvd. Read a good book.

SUMMER FUN! Very popular in summer for all the Catskills have to offer...golf, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, tubing, hiking, antiquing, bird-watching and just relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. Close to golf courses, lakes, streams. Children love our place! Most refer to it as a home away from home! The stars are abundant and clear, we have tennis and an outdoor pool on the property. The days are warm and it can even get hot, but the evenings cool everything down. Go horseback riding, play miniature golf or visit the local parks, lakes and historic sites. There are many wonderful restaurants of all kinds nearby. Most important: Relax and enjoy! Get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the delights of nature with all the conveniences of home.
