Welcome to our home in Sunriver, Great place to enjoy all your activities and adventures. Central location in Sun river, 3/4 miles to Village Mall for shopping and dining. One quarter mile from Ft. Rock Park, with WiFi access. There are 35 miles of paved paths located on the back side of house for walking, jogging, and biking. Bikes are supplied. This house is 1400 sq ft, one level, with loft. 2 car garage for your car and to store your ski equipment. Plenty of wood for the fireplace. Very spacious with over 20 windows for natural lighting and that Sunriver, feeling. Large 32 inch TV in living room. 2 bedrooms with queen beds and TV, VCR, and DVD. Qualified pets are permitted. Large private 800 square foot deck with natural gas BBQ and Hot Tub off master bedroom. Game room with new Foosball and Ping Pong table

Within a short drive to several other activities, golf course, mountain biking, white water rafting, waterfalls, hiking trails, and volcanic areas. Sun River has 2 swimming pools with your free passes. Sun River has 2 golf courses. It also has a natural center and an observatory for your enjoyment. Ft Rick Park is only 1/4 mile away and has children's play equipment tennis, volleyball, and picnic area. New private sports club with unlimited access with the only rock climbing wall in Sun River. Winter days there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, dog sled riding, ice skating, snow cave camping and snowmobiling.
