| Notes: | The house is a split ranch. The lower level has a family room with a 36 ' TV and the computer. There is a master size bedroom on the lower level with twins beds and a large bathroom The utility room on this level, has a washer and dryer. The solarium, kitchen/dining, and living room are situated on the main level. There are many sky lights making this level nice and bright. The door leading to the screened in patio is off the living room. The BBQ is situated outside the patio. Two steps up from the main level is the master bedroom, the second bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower and double jet tub. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen futon. In the living room, there is a queen hide-a bed, and there are also aero beds to be used if needed. We have a rubber 'dingy' boat which is available. The rentor may use this boat at their own risk. |
