    Cancellations made within 90 days of arrival will forfeit security deposit, unless unit is re-booked.

    Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival can rebook for the same unit within one year,
    NO refunds will be given unless unit is re-booked.

    Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds due to weather, hurricanes, red tide, and other acts of nature unless a mandatory
    evacuation of the island is required, but we will be happy to rebook for the same unit within one year.

This property is professionally managed & owned by a former Ritz-Carlton Hotel staff member and world traveler. Interior design is by a well known San Francisco Designer and world traveler. We are striving to provide a casually elegant cottage, that is visually appealing as well as comfortable without pretense. The location of the cottage @ the north end of Anna Maria Island lends to the relaxed atmosphere and tranquility that highlights a stay @ this special home.

Golf Information: While there is no golf on the island (public), the cities of Bradenton & Sarasota offer at least 8 courses @ various prices and skill levels all within a 1 hour drive of the north end of the island. Bradenton is the home of a IMG-- David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
